We are looking for an energetic, motivated, people-oriented person to come and join our team and lead the efforts to grow our Home Depot field marketing efforts.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Company: Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric, & PlumbingLocation: Milwaukee, WI (and surrounding counties)Job Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:As a Field Marketing Leader, you manage and grow our Home Depot lead generation program across multiple locations in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Racine counties. Your role is to develop strong relationships with store associates, coach them on lead-generation strategies, and personally generate quality appointments for our in-home sales team. customers. This involves visiting stores, working with associates on how to drive leads to us, and work with Home Depot management to align goals for store leads. You will also be talking to potential customers and demonstrating to Home Depot employees how to approach and converse with their customers in Home Depot to gather leads.This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional people skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and develop teams while ensuring lead quality and program success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot store management and associates.Train and coach Home Depot associates to improve lead generation effectivenessPersonally generate leads and appointments for our in-home sales teamEnsure all leads are submitted through WinGen to maintain quality controlTrack performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize lead conversionsAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and training additional lead generatorsMonitor and improve overall program performance through data-driven decision-makingBalance time effectively by shifting focus from direct lead generation to training and management as the team expandsCompensation & Performance Expectations:Base Salary: $52,000 - $70,000Monthly performance-based bonuses (Top earning potential: $200K+)Bonuses and total compensation are a function of:Ran appointments (not just submitted leads)Total revenue generated through the Home Depot programThe compensation structure remains unchanged for now but maybe revisited if an increase in unbookable leads is observed through WinGenQualifications & Expectations:5+ years of experience in multi-site sales, marketing, or operations managementProven ability to train and motivate teams to drive sales and lead generationStrong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindsetReliable transportation to travel between store locationsExperience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work a non-standard schedule, including some SaturdaysComprehensive Benefits Package:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid VacationPaid Holidays401K w/ Company MatchAn AMAZING company culture
