Physical Therapist, Full-Time Days, Position Summary
Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation

Shift Details:
Monday - Friday with "on-call" rotating weekends
Day shift starts at 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm

THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST, FULL-TIME DAYS, CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

MINIMUM EDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Six months of experience preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE :
Licensure and Registration in Arizona
CPR Certification

SPECIAL SKILLS :
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians
