* Have extended knowledge of care plans development & implementation
* Fluent skills and completion MDS 2.0
* Must also possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals and objectives that are necessary for providing quality care.

*Requirements:*

*Knowledge / Experience:*
* Must have 2 years of long term care experience
* Must have MDS / TILE experience
* Must be fluent in MDS 3.0

*Licensure / Certifications:*
* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in this state.
