Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Qualifications:
Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) -
Required NY State Office of Professionals Registered License -
Preferred Primary Source Verification -
required AHA BLS -
required Master's degree - preferred

Duties:
