What you’ll need to succeed as an Human Resources Generalist at XPOSkills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of experience as a Human Resources (HR) Generalist or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with basic business and customer service principles, including planning, organizing, resource management and leadership skillsExperience with FMLA, LOA and other state and federal employment lawsExperience supporting employee relations and strategic HR initiatives including handling sensitive, complex and confidential informationDemonstrate functional knowledge of payroll software, HRIS programs and Microsoft OfficeA valid driver’s license Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend work; travel 25-50% of the timePreferred qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesPHR/SHRM certificationExperience building solid partnerships with leadership About the Human Resources Generalist jobPay, benefits and more:Competitive compensation package Full health insurance benefits available on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day:Provide employee relations guidance to employees and management; identify and actively respond with sensitivity to the needs of employees and business unit leadersOversee the day-to-day support of HR transactions in collaboration with a shared services teamEnsure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations; assess, communicate, interpret and administer updated HR policies and procedures to assigned areaDeliver benefits information to employees based on company handbook/policies and procedures; ensure fair, equitable and consistent application of all company policies and proceduresAssist with investigating a variety of employee-related issues, incidents and complaints; resolve disputes and recommend appropriate remedial actionsSupport hiring managers and internal teams by interviewing, presenting offers, facilitating candidate logistics, scheduling onboarding and administering the training/orientation processAssist in the development and implementation of programs or information regarding HR policies, procedures or informationSupport a values-driven environment through consultation and service regarding employee engagement activitiesAnnual Salary Range: $68,805 to $86,006 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
