Position will assist leadership with cost accounting, analysis and projects.Salary: Approximately $95,000- $110,000 + bonus based on experience Responsibilities of the Cost Accountant: Analyze data to determine costs such as raw material, labor and overhead Analyzes impacts of changes in product design, raw material costs, manufacturing processes, and/or services, to determine effects on costs Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs Provides leadership with analysis comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products/services Monitor the cost accounting process and provide guidance on improvements Responsible for calculations for parts and manufacturing costs, inventory, actual costs and variance analysis Prepare cost estimates of new or special products establishing standard costs Assist with budgets, ad hoc and year end reporting Prepare various governmental and internal reports Experience for the Cost Accountant: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Exposure/experience in Cost Accounting/Analysis Strong organizational and presentation skills Ability xhuatnn to work independently, meet deadlines Strong Excel Why Work Here: Great work/life balance Lots of long-term employees, family environment Opportunity to learn, grow and advance Strong benefits, 401k/profit sharing, Holiday Bonus, education reimbursement International exposure Great stability, financially secure Company has very successful strategic plan generating strong growth #INNOV2025#LI-SL3
