Their team includes both architects and software engineers who collaborate to create beautiful, highly buildable residential and multifamily projects with far greater efficiency than a traditional practice.They support urban housing developers in fast-growing U.S. cities and are looking for a talented Project Architect to join their Design Team. This role makes a significant impact by leading the day-to-day execution of two to three projects at a time, each in different stages of design and construction.Qualifications RequiredWork Experience6+ years in an architectural office; licensed professionals preferred but not required1+ years running daily project execution as a Project Architect or Job Captain2+ years in residential architecture required; multifamily experience strongly preferredEducationBArch or MArch preferredSkillsLeadership: Able to guide small teams (2–3 designers) from land planning through construction administration, fostering strong collaboration.Technical Knowledge: Experienced in zoning/building code analysis, residential design, specifications, detailing, and product selection.
