The ideal candidate will be both a practitioner and a people leader, motivated by great design, technical rigor, and mentorship.As a Senior Architect, you’ll perform as a project architect alongside a talented group of architects and designers working on meaningful healthcare and public sector projects. You’ll have the opportunity to drive design excellence, support staff development, and deliver impactful work for our clients and communities.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.What you’ll be responsible for:Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements are consistently metReview and critique design work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standardsWork with Project Managers to establish design parameters consistent with the project scope, schedule and budgetTroubleshoot technical challenges and offer practical solutions to keep projects on trackPerform field investigations as required to determine project scopeMaintain a general understanding of a building's structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection/life safety, and telecommunications systems; align these systems with architectural designsQualifications:10+ years’ experience in design/architectureBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ArchitectureArchitectural license requiredHealthcare project experience preferredExperience with preparing contract documents (Drawings and Specs)Experience in successfully leading architectural teams and delivering projects of varying scale and complexity.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.Experience with Revit and Bluebeam. xhuatnn What we Offer: We offer competitive compensation with a year-end performance bonus, employer-paid health, medical, and dental benefits, a 401k with match, student loan repayment, and paid parental leave.
