This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving cultural transformation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and evolve HR strategy across multiple operating companies. Champion a unified company culture through strategic initiatives. Oversee compliance, employment law, and multi-state HR administration. Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team. Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business goals. Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes, with a strong preference for ADP expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development (Master's preferred). SHRM-SCP certification required. 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management and strategic influence. Proven success in leading HR across diverse business units. Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and multi-state HR practices. Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation initiatives. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
