Requirements of the Dentist

Prefer 2-3 years, will consider new graduates.
DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
Licensed as a Dentist in Ohio or can get licensed quickly.
We use OpenDental.
Job info and responsibilities of the Dentist:

We are looking for a General Dentist to provide general dentistry who is proficient in crowns, bridges, fillings with endo and perio skills a big bonus. GPs interested in deepening their endo and perio skillsets will be supported with additional CEs and coaching.

Your responsibilities will include:

Be an active leader with our clinical team, leading by word and actions.
Actively work with the broader team to provide a "rave-worthy" experience for each patient.
Working with our team members to improve our team, coordinate patient needs effectively.
Contribute to our community of associates to share and apply best practices.

You should have a growth mindset to strive for consistent improvement both individually and as a part of the whole team.

The office is equipped with brand new equipment in all 18 operatories, including rear-delivery instruments, 2 new Trios units, 2 new iTeros units, a Planmeca CBCT, and a Sirona Pan.
