In this role you will support engineering enablement for RMS, delivering engineered applications with a focus on 3DExperience and cloud-enabled automation. You work within a cross-functional Agile team to design, implement, and sustain enterprise tools, driving efficiency and compliance in engineering workflows. You’ll translate needs into technical solutions, manage budgets, and document processes to enable scalable, secure delivery. This is a fully remote role with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact within a mission-focused organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering applications project execution and sustainment
- Provide engineering tools operational support
- Analyze, configure and test enterprise-wide engineering applications (3DExperience)
- Conduct functional and technical design
- Manage budgets and cost accounts
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions via automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Work in an Agile product team to deliver incremental capabilities on time
- Troubleshoot, document procedures, and suggest improvements
- Operate in a fully remote setup with preference for proximity to a Lockheed Martin facility
Key xhuatnn requirements
- Bachelor in related discipline with 9 years of professional experience or 7 years with related Masters
- Ability to develop and manage project plans
- Experience designing IT solutions with internal customers
- US Citizenship required for this role
