Aquacare Physical Therapy PLUS offers Physical Therapy appointments where a patient lives, works, and plays. Whether that be in a patient's home, community pool, fitness center, or pickleball court, Aquacare PT PLUS is revolutionizing how and where physical therapy + wellness is delivered within our communities.
We are searching for Full time or part time/PRN Physical Therapists to work with our active patients in their homes and communities in Worcester County Maryland (Berlin, MD area)

Physical Therapist Education and Experience
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program. (Required)
Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. (Required)
Basic Life Support CPR Certification
Physical Therapist License/Certification
Physical Therapist License (Required)
Driver's license (Required)
Current Car Insurance (Required)
Good driving record with MVA (Required)
CPR Certification (Preferred)

Our Patient Outcome Focus:

We are joining the group of dedicated therapists in moving towards value based care by partnering with LIMBER to provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) to our patients. Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Duties require extensive standing and walking
Duties require lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
