A well established company in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coodinator. This is a temp to hire position. 1st Shift Monday-Friday $19-20 per hour Key responsibilities • Receiving and inspection: • Accept, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and other documents. • Note any discrepancies and alert the purchasing agent. • Unload delivery trucks using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. • Shipping and dispatch: • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately. • Process shipments using company systems and schedule freight for pick-up. • Generate and organize shipping documents, such as bills of lading and packing slips. • Coordination and communication: • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding orders and delivery schedules. • Coordinate the return of products for issues like warranty claims. xhuatnn • Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup. Skills and Qualifications Must have high diploma or equivalent Experience in Shipping/logistics or warehouse role Organizational and time-management skills Work independently or as part of a team Proficiency with data entry and record-keeping, potentially using a scanner or database software
