*This Position can be filled in either Harrisburg or Pittsburgh*Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.*About the Role*Honor Engineer Company is seeking a *Licensed Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect Project Manager* to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position is ideal for a technically skilled and client-focused professional ready to take ownership of project delivery and team coordination.*Responsibilities** Manage multiple site design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.* Develop site layouts, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans.* Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and reports.* Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.* Coordinate with regulatory agencies and apply for permits and approvals.* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.* Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.*Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.* Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license.* 5+ years of relevant design and project management experience.* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software.* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Experience with public and private clients and projects, such as State, municipal, and utility clients, and land development, subdivision and stormwater projects.Work Environment: Typical office setting.
