In this founding AI-focused role, you will build and scale enterprise AI capabilities within Accenture's Oracle Group, turning cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions. You will work on a multi-tenant knowledge platform, federated model infrastructure, and AI-enabled sales assets, shaping culture and systems from day one. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bridging deep technical work and client conversations to deliver measurable value. You will join a mission-driven team accelerating AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Knowledge Repository on Oracle 23ai for scalable intelligent search and retrieval
- Build and extend MCP server infrastructure and federated Model Context Protocol networks
- Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits with AI-generated content and demo assets
- Serve as Anthropic/AI coding agent SME across internal and client engagements
- Collaborate with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance
- Travel may be required to meet business needs
Key requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology experience
- 1+ year functional Oracle knowledge in EPM, ERP, or OCI
- 1+ year experience with hybrid retrieval systems (vector search, knowledge graphs, or structured search pipelines) and context engineering
- 1+ year hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems (Claude/Anthropic or equivalent)
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, agentic harness xhuatnn frameworks, or tool-use orchestration
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality gates for AI system output
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Client-facing and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset with commercial orientation
- Oracle EPM/ERP/OCI knowledge
- Hybrid retrieval systems (vector search, knowledge graphs)
- Context engineering for AI agents
