*The Role*
We're looking for a passionate Registered Nurse in Harrisburg to join our team. You'll help develop plans of care and deliver high-quality skilled nursing care.
*In this role, you will:*
* _Craft and implement treatment plans_. You'll be involved in creating care plans, providing care in-home to our children, and overseeing patient progress.
* _Collaborate with families_. You'll be informing parents about their children’s health and providing coaching support.
* _Utilize digital health as a strength._ You'll be leveraging telehealth to scale the impact of your time, communicate with the care team, and interact with families.
* _Partner with operations, payers, technology, and product teams across Abby Care_. You'll be a critical voice for working cross-functionally to help our children meet great health outcomes and furthering our mission.

*The Requirements*
* Must be a registered nurse with at least 2+ years of nursing experience and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
* Must reside in Pennsylvania, preferably in the Harrisburg area
* Home Health experience, bonus if experience working with Home Health Aides
* Must have CPR certification
* Strong communication and documentation skills
