The position is needed to support an existing full-time surgeon and provide both clinic and call coverage. The role involves general orthopedics and fracture care, with a clinic volume of 15-20 patients per day and variable inpatient volume. The facility is a 426-bed Level IV trauma center utilizing EPIC EMR. Support staff includes 3 CMAs, 1 RN, 1 RN supervisor, 1 radiology tech, 1 DO, and 1 APP in the clinic.
