In this role you will design tools and analytic workflows to uncover health care cost drivers and inform network strategy. You will support provider and payor contracting, pricing models, and trend analysis, working with cross-functional partners to drive data-informed decisions. The position emphasizes scalable analytics, standardizing processes, and delivering actionable insights for leadership. You will help optimize costs and reimbursement strategies at scale, contributing to better health outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement tools using programming, BI tools to identify cost and revenue drivers by market segment and provider/payor
- Develop SQL queries, dashboards, and automated reports to support executive decision-making
- Analyze provider reimbursement, pricing models, and financial impact for contract negotiations
- Manage unit cost tracking and UCRT entries aligned with negotiation outcomes
- Analyze large healthcare datasets to monitor cost, utilization, reimbursement, and market trends
- Ensure pricing and reporting methodologies are accurate, consistent, and transparent
- Support cost containment, network optimization, and operational performance improvement with cross-functional stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and collaborate with contracting, finance, actuarial, and market teams
- Standardize and document repeatable processes for scalability
Key requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years analytical experience in healthcare pricing, managed care, provider reimbursement, network contracting, finance, or healthcare analytics
- Experience with healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
- Knowledge of Provider payment methodologies including Fee-for-service, Capitation, Value-based models xhuatnn
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate or greater proficiency in MS-SQL
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven effective written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
