This role is critical in supporting our ISO-certified environment and driving efficiency through the implementation and utilization of a new ERP system. The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating material availability, and ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders while maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and inventory levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, and production to align priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.Support the implementation and ongoing use of the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or delays.Track production progress and provide updates to management, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and documentation requirements.Analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.Drive efficiency by balancing workloads, minimizing downtime, and reducing lead times.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably precision or ISO-certified.Experience with ERP systems (implementation experience a strong plus).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
