This role will lead combined architecture and engineering teams from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals, technical standards, budget, and schedule.Our work spans municipal, transportation, commercial, industrial, and energy sectors, utilizing both traditional and alternative delivery methods. This role plays a key part in delivering innovative and technically sound solutions through close collaboration with our in-house multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural design from concept through executionCollaborate directly with clients to define and refine project goals.Coordinate internal engineering disciplines and specialty consultants.Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules with a focus on quality.Translate design concepts into clear and accurate construction documents. Perform code and zoning analysis.Conduct technical reviews and oversee quality assurance.Respond to RFIs during bidding and construction.Lead site visits and field observations.Mentor junior architectural staff.Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts.QualificationsU.S. Licensed Architect.
