In this role you will lead labor relations initiatives, shaping strategies and negotiations. You will manage collective bargaining dynamics, ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering positive employee relations across hubs in Charlotte, Houston, and Atlanta. Your work will involve resolving complex disputes and partnering with stakeholders to support a productive, compliant work environment. This is a strategic leadership role within Honeywell's labor relations function, offering impact across a global manufacturing context.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies to promote positive employee relations
- Oversee collective bargaining negotiations and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage and resolve complex labor disputes and grievances with internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements
- Proven track record leading labor relations initiatives and negotiations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations with interpretation/application experience
- Experience xhuatnn managing collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes
- Ability to develop and implement labor relations strategies that foster positive employee relations
