In this role you drive cross-functional project execution for large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives, aligning with senior leadership to shape scope and go-to-market strategies. You will refine PM processes, implement risk and quality controls, and monitor financial targets to sustain project health. You lead organizational change, design training roadmaps, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. This position offers influence across strategic programs and the chance to advance Oracle-powered transformations at scale.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for cohesive project execution
- Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define scope and secure consensus
- Evaluate and refine project management processes using best practices
- Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management to improve outcomes
- Monitor project margins and ensure alignment with financial targets
- Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and GTM strategies
- Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives to align team efforts with goals
- Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption
Key requirements
- Experience in functional consulting and solutions architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management, and Project Execution Management
- Experience with Oracle Project Management Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience xhuatnn in data models and cloud Fusion Architecture including PPM upstream/downstream processes
- Experience in multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs
- Experience in solution development/configurations for Oracle PPM modules
- Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules
- Willingness to relocate and/or travel as required
- Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
