*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Supervise Nursing Staff:* Lead and manage a team of RNs, ensuring top-quality care and compliance with healthcare standards.
* *Patient Care:* Provide direct nursing care, including physical exams, medication administration, and patient assessments.
* *Team Coordination:* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and execute patient care plans.
* *Quality Control:* Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
* *Staff Training:* Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering continuous professional growth.
* *Emergency Response:* Handle emergency situations with calm and effective leadership.

*Qualifications:*
* *Licensure:* Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
* *Experience:* Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar leadership role; ICU or acute care experience is a plus.
* *Skills:* Expertise in clinical nursing, patient assessments, and care coordination. Strong communication and leadership skills.
* *Commitment:* Dedication to high-quality patient care and team development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
