job Title: Industrial Assembly Associate
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturdays required when production is high)
Position Overview
We are hiring an Industrial Assembly Associate to assemble components using hand/power tools and operate a sit-down forklift to move materials across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial products using power tools, hand tools, and shop drawings.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials, parts, and finished goods.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Stage, package, and load/unload equipment as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in industrial assembly or manufacturing.
- Forklift: Sit-down forklift experience is required.
- Tools: Proficient with pneumatic/power tools, wrenches, and tape measures.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and reliable transportation.
