In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of complex Microsoft cloud solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, aligning technical work with business goals. You’ll design, develop, test, and support solutions while managing risks and delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives. As a trusted SME in the Microsoft cloud domain, you’ll mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and help shape enterprise-scale architectures. This role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote setting and emphasizes secure, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform) ensuring alignment with objectives and quality
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, and security across Microsoft cloud environment
- Oversee solution architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability in line with enterprise standards
- Guide integration of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party apps via APIs
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams for successful delivery
- Monitor delivery performance, manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, DevOps/ALM, and delivery processes
- Mentor and develop engineers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery and adherence to deadlines
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years in software engineering, delivery, xhuatnn or Microsoft cloud solution development
- Hands-on delivery experience across Microsoft cloud (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure)
- Experience leading complex initiatives and enterprise-scale solutions in Agile environments
- Experience with source control, branching, release governance, and deployments
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, AI-assisted development (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (preferred)
