\*\*Job Responsibilities:\*\*- Perform a variety of dental hygiene duties to promote quality dental care in a stress-free, safe environment.- Communicate effectively with caregivers and maintain equipment and inventory.- Follow Universal Precautions and OSHA requirements to ensure safety for patients and staff.- Fosters team unity by engaging with colleagues through active listening, respect, a nonjudgmental approach, and adherence to office guidelines for resolving conflicts and issues.- Perform duties under general supervision of the dentist, including preliminary oral inspections, charting, oral prophylaxis, periodontal monitoring and treatment, application of topical fluoride, oral hygiene instructions, placement of sealants, exposure and processing of radiographs, assessment of dental and medical history, topical application of preventive and antimicrobial agents, instrument preparation, debridement and sterilization, treatment area preparation, and dental laboratory functions.- Undertake additional tasks as needed.
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- NH State Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification and up-to-date infection control protocols
- Pediatric dental hygiene experience preferred
