Key Responsibilities• Process biweekly and/or weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.• Maintain accurate employee records, deductions, and direct deposits.• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.• Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, and timecard approvals.• Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end reconciliation.• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and PTO balances. Core Competencies• 2-4 years of payroll experience in a multi-department or multi-state environment.• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, or Paychex.• Strong understanding of FLSA, wage laws, and tax compliance.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles. xhuatnn • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
