As a growing firm with a collaborative culture, we pride ourselves on delivering strategic, high-quality representation while fostering an environment where attorneys can thrive professionally.*Position Overview*We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with 5 or more years of experience to take ownership of a litigation-heavy docket involving business disputes and real estate related issues. This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful role with direct client exposure, autonomy, and the support of a well-rounded legal team.*Key Responsibilities** Lead litigation matters from pre-litigation strategy through trial preparation.* Draft, research, and argue motions in state and federal court.* Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.* Conduct and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations.* Work closely with our transactional team to align litigation strategy with client business objectives.* Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial work as needed.*Qualifications** Active member of the California Bar.* 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business, real estate, and/or bankruptcy-related matters.* Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.* Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage cases independently.*Compensation & Benefits** Salary of $200,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses.* Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) with employer contribution and health insurance reimbursement. xhuatnn * Opportunity for long-term growth within a high-performing and supportive firm.*How to Apply** Please submit your resume and a writing sample to We look forward to hearing from youJob Type: Full-timePay: From $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: Hybrid remote in Glendale, CA 91203
