The business knowledge and control assessment skills developed in the Internal Audit Department will position the successful candidate for a broad range of career opportunities within the company.  In addition, Internal Audit’s internal training program provides a strong foundation to develop audit and leadership competencies.  For the individual who is naturally curious, analytical, and enjoys challenging assignments, we are offering the opportunity for a promising future that comes with working for an industry leader.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.RESPONSIBILITIES The Experienced Risk Analyst is responsible for executing controls testing for operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) cycles.  As part of the operational audit responsibilities, this individual will interview Underwriting, Claims, and/or Operations management, document risks and related controls, develop audit programs, and perform testing to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls.  Additionally, the individual will have the opportunity to work with management to develop value-added audit comments, provide recommendations to management, and to assist in drafting audit reports for senior management review.  This position is highly visible as the candidate will interact with all levels of management as they conduct audits.  This exposure makes it an excellent position for someone who wants to understand multiple aspects of the company’s operations.  The person in this position will also work on teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our audit processes.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1-3 years in public accounting or internal audit experienceExcellent written and oral communications skillsStrong analytical skillsMust be a team player Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
