As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced setting and utilize your mechanical knowledge and skills.Duties:- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, such as engine problems, transmission issues, and electrical malfunctions- Conduct automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or replacements- Perform alignments and suspension repairs to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendationsQualifications:- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing GM vehicles is preferred- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment- Ability to perform brake repairs, alignments, and other automotive services- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
