General Dentist

R.S.M.C. Services, on behalf of our client, We are seeking *two full-time Dentists and one full-time Mobile Dentist- General Dentist with Pediatric*, to join our *FQHC clinic in Crescent City, California*. The clinic serves a predominantly Medicaid patient population, with approximately 80 to 90% of patients covered by Medicaid. The ideal candidates will have a passion for serving both adult and pediatric patients in a community health setting.

*Location: *Crescent City, CA and Fortuna, CA

*Position:* Dentist (FTE) and Mobile Dentist (FTE)

*Patient Demographics*: 80-90% Medicaid, 50/50 adults and kids
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* *Compensation*: Guaranteed Based on years of experience
* *Sign-on bonus*: $15k sign-on bonus and $25k relocation assistance.
* *Generous PTO:* 15 days, plus 5 education days/year and 9 paid holidays
* *Housing stipend*: $1500/month (Crescent City only)
* *Loan Repayment:* Up to $400k over 5 years.
* *In-house residency program* ( 80% retention rate)

* *Additional allowances*: $5k provider allowance

*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
* Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California.
* DEA registration.
* Strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved populations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Willingness to participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
