The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day carpentry tasks, using power tools and hand tools, framing, and finish carpentry. This role requires consistent use of high-level carpentry techniques, adherence to safety standards, effective time management, and the ability to handle duties with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results. $30-45/hr depending on experience. QualificationsCarpentry, Framing, and Finish Carpentry skillsProficiency with Power Tools and Hand ToolsExperience in construction and remodelingAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to read blueprints and measurements accuratelyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of safety procedures and regulationsPrevious leadership experience is a plusRequired 3 years industry experienceAbility to fully remodel bathrooms, kitchens, additions, decks, loft spaces, etc.
