Advise physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers on drug therapy and clinical considerations. Oversee and verify the work of pharmacy technicians and support staff. Perform medication therapy management (MTM) and support clinical programs as applicable. Manage controlled substances in accordance with DEA and state regulations. Maintain accurate medication records, documentation, and patient profiles in pharmacy systems. Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of medications. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance activities. Support immunization programs (if certified and permitted by state laws). Provide excellent customer service and resolve medication-related issues promptly. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy).
