*Position Overview:* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trusts and Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate planning, trusts, probate, and wealth management. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal matters effectively.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Draft, review, and finalize a variety of estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health care documents.
* Assist clients in minimizing estate taxes and protecting assets.
* Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
* Collaborate with financial planners, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
* Stay updated on changes in estate and tax laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
* Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents and reports as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to The Florida Bar and in good standing.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estate law.
* In-depth knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
* High ethical standards and professional integrity.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* LL.M. in Taxation or related field.
* Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate plans.
