This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Experience in construction or manufacturing is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage AP and AR functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and customer billing Maintain and update the general ledger Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly financial support schedules Assist with payroll coordination and employee expense tracking Support month-end close and internal reporting Organize financial documents, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely processing Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed Support the Controller and accounting team with projects and ongoing process improvements Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Construction or manufacturing industry experience highly preferred Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and journal entries Proficient with accounting software and Excel High xhuatnn attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently Comfortable in a hands-on role with exposure across accounting functions Compensation $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)#LI-DB2 #INDEC2025 Bookkeeper Bookkeeper Bookkeeper Bookkeeper Bookkeeper
