If so, we want YOU on our teamWant to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.We’re looking for a full-time Garage Door Service Professional to join our team In this role, you’ll receive assigned service calls, travel to customers’ homes, diagnose issues, and complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and care.Compensation:$65,000 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What You’ll Do:Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openersPerform safety inspections and educate customers on repair options and preventative maintenanceProvide clear, written estimates; secure approvals; and complete jobs efficiently and safelyRecommend products/services that genuinely benefit the customer (no pressure tactics)Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate job notes/photos in our CRMSupport teammates, share knowledge, and jump in where neededParticipate in an on-call or rotating schedule as needed (minimal and planned)Qualifications:What You’ll Bring3+ years of professional garage door service experience (mandatory)Strong troubleshooting skills across major door and opener brandsExcellent customer communication and professionalism in the homeSelf-starter mentality, dependable, and safety-first mindsetAbility to lift 75+ lbs, use ladders, and work on your feet throughout the dayValid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR; able to pass background/drug screenAbout CompanyAaron Overhead Doors is an employee-first company with a bold mission: to be the best place to work in and around Atlanta.
