Construction Attorney - Design Professionals Practice Opportunity - Am Law 200 law firm - New York, NY

Compensation:
$200,000 - $300,000 Base Salary (based on experience, qualifications, and book of business)

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: 8+ years of Construction Law experience
- Admission to practice in New York
- Experience representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional services agreements and construction-related contracts
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
- Ability to serve as outside general counsel to sophisticated design and construction clients
PLUS:
- Experience with AIA contracts
- Construction litigation experience
- Professional liability matters experience
- Design defect dispute experience

An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join its Design Professionals Practice in New York, NY.
