KINBER is seeking a Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager to oversee all aspects of financial accounting and grant administration. The Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager will manage KINBER compliance, reporting, evaluation, and assist with the financial record keeping and reporting for other related funding streams. Additionally, the Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager will assist in developing financial components for sizeable grant applications and fiscal sponsorships as well as monitor budgets and projects for grant-funded projects. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a demonstrated track record of building strong relationships.

Fiscal Accounting & Reporting Manager Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
A minimum of five years of experience with accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience with large grants and fiscal grant management, strongly preferred
Demonstrated project management experience with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Proficiency with technology including Microsoft 365 office suite including Excel, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, strongly preferred
Demonstrated community involvement, preferred
