As a Registered Dental Assistant at our dental clinic, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dental team to provide quality oral healthcare to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during dental procedures.
\*Duties\*
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take and record patients' medical histories and vital signs
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance billing
\*Requirements\*
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis
- Proficiency in infection control protocols
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently
- Experience with 3D scanners is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification or Associate degree in Dental Assisting is Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.04 - $25.25 per hour
