Contributes to the success of the client GBS Control organization by managing Distributor volume reporting. Responsible for distributor fee calculations, processing of distributor volume, and correcting distributor volume reporting errors. Key Responsibilities Timely Reporting and Analysis: Ensure that distributor volume reports are processed, analyzed, and approved accurately and promptly daily. Implement systems to track processing times and error resolution rates, striving for continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy. Productivity Metrics Monitoring: Maintain and adhere to the productivity metrics for the team. Regularly review these metrics to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address them. Deadline Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to deadlines for processing distributor volume recovery, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes. Develop robust scheduling mechanisms and prioritize tasks based on their impact. Streamlining Processes: Continuously evaluate and optimize processes related to distributor volume reporting and error code resolution. Implement standardized workflows and automation tools to expedite tasks and reduce manual effort. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as finance, IT, and sales to ensure alignment on volume recovery deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders to address issues related to distributor volume reporting. Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect against distributor volume reporting errors. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement controls to minimize risks. Support the PGT initiative and offer support for the Volume Reporting Team. Qualifications 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or comparable field; or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to assess materiality, risk exposure, and implement creative solutions. Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Working Knowledge of MS Excel. Requires strong attention to detail. Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to work with SLAs and tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams. Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities. Good time management skills. Experience working in a matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency. 1-3 years showcasing well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. xhuatnn Proven ability to implement process automation.
