Schedule: Second Shift, 3:30 PM ??? 12:00 Midnight, Sunday through Thursday ??? Pay Range: $20.00 ??? $23.00 per hour ??? Location: Exton, PA Janitor Job Responsibilities: ??? Use approved methods and materials to clean and maintain the entire facility ??? Perform general building services duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, window cleaning, and floor care/resurfacing ??? Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums ??? Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Controlled Environment Areas (CEA) to ensure compliance with environmental controls ??? Support the Maintenance department with indoor and outdoor building services as needed ??? Work overtime as required during scheduled shutdowns or unscheduled assignments ??? Complete inspection and cleaning logbook documentation accurately and timely ??? Assist with training and onboarding of new hires in daily and weekly department tasks ??? Follow all safety, health, environmental (SHE), and security policies and procedures Janitor Job xhuatnn Qualifications: ??? High School Diploma or equivalent ??? Prior experience using auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums ??? Ability to work independently under supervision and collaborate within a team environment ???
