E-Zee Milking Equipment, is seeking to hire a full-time Controller / Director of Finance who will perform and lead all financial operations, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and prepare financial reports and dashboards to drive effective decision-making companywide. The Controller / Director of Finance will work closely with the CEO to support and advance his leadership with strategic recommendations based on real time financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong servant leadership and analytical thinking, and will work collaboratively across the organization. The ability to identify and resolve accounting issues and a strong attention to detail are essential to the role. A successful Controller / Director of Finance will demonstrate and strengthen the values and mission of E-Zee Milking Equipment, LLC.

Controller / Director of Finance position qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a lead accounting role, required
Demonstrated proficiency with technology, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, strongly preferred; or related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
CPA licensure desired, but not required
Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
