Finance Analyst, Commercial Insurance

Chubb is seeking a Financial Analyst diverse within Commercial Insurance (CI), one of our largest business divisions. This role is a diverse accounting and finance position and is responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting across our division. The Financial Analyst will partner with leaders across finance and the business to drive results and ensure delivery of our business objectives.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today. Key Responsibilities:Participate in the forecast, annual plan and strategic planning processes translating top-down assumptions into actionable business plansAnalyze monthly results and metrics (activity levels, revenue, KPIs, etc.) and prepare monthly reporting packages Prepare quarterly results presentations for product and industry leadersWork with internal developers to create and enhance Qliksense business intelligence dashboards in support of key initiativesSupport ad hoc data and reporting needs of senior leadersStrong financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with effective communication to team members and business partnersAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities, and take ownership to meet deadlinesDemonstrated commitment to results, execution, and attention to detailGenuine willingness to continuously develop insurance and product knowledgeDesire to evolve processes, build new tools, and create analytics that enable leaders to more effectively manage their businessesExpert knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Qliksense, Tableau, etc.) Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting, financial analysis or auditing role The pay range for the role is $64,000 to $110,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
