What it takes to become a MDS Coordinator (RN) with Care Initiatives:
• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification.
• Familiarity with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and work experience in long-term care and gerontological nursing are highly preferred.
