You’ll ensure jobs are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism—while guiding your crew and coordinating with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades.This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, requiring deep technical skill and a commitment to safety and quality.*What You Bring** Minimum *3 years of HVAC installation* experience (residential new construction required)* *EPA Certification* and *Gas Mech 1* license* Ability to lead and train a crew of installers and apprentices* Proficiency with HVAC system layouts, ductwork, and mechanical drawings* Strong communication skills and jobsite leadership presence* Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and rooftops* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record* Must pass *background check* and *drug test**Key Responsibilities** Execute complete HVAC system installations (ductwork, equipment, venting, line sets, etc.)* Lead, train, and mentor installation crews* Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications* Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades* Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet company and code standards* Manage materials, jobsite cleanliness, and tool accountability* Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress to supervisors* Uphold R&R’s reputation through excellent workmanship and customer interaction*What We Offer** Competitive pay (DOE)* Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Company-provided uniforms, tools, and training* Clear career advancement path (Foreman, Project Manager)* Positive, team-oriented culture*This is more than a job—it’s your chance to lead, grow, and make a difference.*Join the team that’s redefining HVAC installation in Spokane.
