* Accepting IM or FM physicians with EM experience
* Over 50,000 annual visits
* Level 4 trauma designation
* Requires board-certified emergency or family medicine physicians with leadership experience

* Representing emergency medicine on hospital committees
* Communicating with hospital leadership and nursing directors
* Conducting bi-monthly meetings with providers
