They are looking for a Payroll Specialist who shares our commitment to excellence and can keep our workforce running smoothly.Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:• Process weekly payroll for field and office employees using Viewpoint• Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage laws, and multi-state regulations• Maintain accurate employee records and job costing allocations• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and support audits• Generate reports and assist with month-end closeRequirements for the Payroll xhuatnn Specialist: • 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction• Proficiency in Viewpoint (Vista or Spectrum)• Strong understanding of certified payroll and union reporting• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
