Perks & Pay:

$1,000 bonus at 1,000 service hour milestone, $500 at 1,500 service hour milestone
Paid time off accrued each pay period from the day you start
Student loan reimbursement
Competitive base pay plus bonus pay for closing and weekend shifts
Bonuses for selected modalities such as hot stone or prenatal massage
Annual AMTA membership at no cost to you
Employee Referral Bonus Program ($500 per referred MT)

Qualified Candidates:

Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Wisconsin
Have a passion for helping others feel their best
Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery

Day-to-Day:

Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
