We have two residential care homes located in Benton, Arkansas. Our homes are staffed with CNAs and PCAs who provide 24-hour care to the elderly. We also provide in-home care to seniors who prefer to remain at home. Role Description We have full-time and part-time on-site positiins for Certified Nursing Assistants or Personal Care Assistants at Southern Charm Senior Services care homes located in Benton, Arkansas. The Certified Nursing Assistant or Personal Care Assistant will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. Additionally, they will collaborate with healthcare team partners to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Qualifications Patient care, Vital Signs Monitoring, and Emotional Support skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with the healthcare teamExperience in assisting with daily living activitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of standard healthcare practices and proceduresCertification as a Nursing AssistantExperience as a Personal Care AttendantHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in geriatric care is a plus
