As we continue to expand our portfolio, we’re looking to bring on a seasoned professional ready to wear two hats: Estimator and Project Manager.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.General Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced construction professional—ideally someone with 5-10 years of experience at a larger general contractor—who’s ready to take on a hybrid role within a smaller, fast-moving firm. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to have a hands-on impact across both the preconstruction and project execution phases.You’ll play a critical role in winning and delivering work: building estimates, helping secure projects, and then managing them through closeout. You’ll work closely with ownership, clients, subs, and field staff, and your input will shape how we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating (Preconstruction)Review plans, specs, and RFPs to develop accurate and competitive estimatesSolicit and evaluate subcontractor bidsPrepare and present project budgets, value engineering options, and scope clarificationsSupport proposal writing and client presentationsAssist with buyout and early project planningProject ManagementOversee projects from kickoff through closeoutCoordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subsManage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersTrack project costs and assist in billing/invoicingConduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceQualifications5-10 years of experience in commercial xhuatnn constructionExperience in both estimating and project management rolesFamiliarity with San Francisco construction practices, codes, and permittingStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with estimating and PM software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferredWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow with a nimble, ambitious GCCompetitive compensation packageHealth benefits and PTODirect impact on company operations and strategyA supportive, team-first environment
